At Nalli, we take pride in the heritage and craftsmanship of our silk sarees; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product remains in its original condition with all tags and the silk mark certificate intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Nalli account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Verification

  Ensure the saree is unwashed, unworn, and folded in its original packaging with the authenticating blouse piece attached.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
